Helping people to learn lies at the heart of our work. To support our enterprise we are developing an attractive, technology-rich environment to facilitate good conversation, interaction and collaborative learning between tutors, students on campus and in the work place, practitioners in the work place and visiting experts.

• Conversation walls - write-on and project-on walls enable people to record their conversations directly onto the walls - no need for flip charts. For technical information, contact Tektura.

• An Access Grid Node (sophisticated group video conferencing facility via the internet), one of the first in the UK dedicated to teaching and collaborative learning.

• Interactive (virtual) whiteboards - to facilitate demonstration, sharing and co-creation of ideas and information
• Toshiba tablet PCs - to facilitate teacher and student interaction with whiteboard facilities.
• Samsung Laptops - ideal for group work and training courses.

One of the rooms has a facility for recording session for subsequent play-back. We also have the equipment software and a small AVS team who can develop and edit a variety of professional digital media which can be used as teaching aids.

Our facilities are available to companies for hire.
